How Can We Help You?
We are dedicated to supporting your journey towards better health and overall well-being—whether you're dealing with a persistent condition, or recovering from a recent injury, or just looking to improve your well-being.
Our intention is to create an inclusive space for all to experience the healing benefits of yoga, to make yoga accessible and enticing to first-timers or those deterred due to stereotypes.
We take you on a spiritual journey through words and movement, combining either slow Rest, creative Flows or sweat dripping Hot Yoga, solid themes and beat-pumping music connecting you to that inner fire, craving for more.
Unroll your mat on the rebel side, you're family once you enter our space.
It does not matter your current fitness level or abilities, and regardless of the size of your goals, we are committed to guiding you back to a state of harmony and strength.
If you can breathe, you can yoga.
Our aim is to help you achieve a life that is not only healthy and happy but also free from pain. This is a movement tailored to modern living.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Your First Class:
All our teachers are trained to work with beginners. Some of the classes are challenging but we love to teach beginners. Classes may feel hard at first, there are things to learn so give yourself permission to be new and find enjoyment with where your at.
And if your recovering from an injury, our expert teachers will be able to assist and provide alternative accessible movements if needed.
New Students
If you're ready to begin or are preparing to continue your yoga journey, the key is finding a studio where you feel welcomed and appreciated. We strive to create an inclusive space for all individuals, regardless of their fitness level or experience.
We offer a quick 15-min onboarding where we chat to you about your goals, what brings you here and create a plan so you are successful in reaching. your goals, AND ensure that you are comfortable and feel supported and excitement as you move formward in your journey.
Our Studio
We are proud to welcome you to STUDIO 9. A huge amount of thought was put into the style of the studio we wanted to provide our community.
For our Hot Yoga & Pilates classes, we heat with Infrared Heat. This heat is gentle on the skin, helps to detox the body 10X more than a normal sauna, whilst assisting in muscle healing and recovery. The studio is kept between 20-22 degrees for other classes - no more freezing village halls!
